I just wish to say one more thing before I leave this site. I have filed one, count it one, lawsuit against a CA. The rest have all folded or done the right thing. I help my neighbors, familiy, ect or anyone who needs it. I take my free time and try to help people here. You are jumping to conclusion that this is about money but if they violate and will not fix then sue the hell out of them I always say. I believe I stated using 30 day validation and c/d letters. I have posted the next step of a 15 day estoppel. then there is the intent to sue letter and if they do not listen then sue em. I still want to know if you sue a company can you also sue the person who sent the dunning letter in violation of the c/d letter.
