Did you send them a cease and desist letter? If you did they just violated it. A settlement offer is a dunning letter and cannot be sent if you stated in a c/d letter you want no communication whatsoever. If you sent the c/d bring a receipt of the c/d letter and their dunning letter to court. Be sure to counterclaim for their violation. They know they are all done. Show no mercy.
