Most of those rates are pretty bad. Two suggestions. Pay as much as possible to the Amex 24% card and when that is paid off, attack the Discover. Secondly, do you have anymore room on the Cap1 5.9% to do a BT? If so, transfer as much of the Amex as possible. As much a you owe, your best chance at a higher score is just less overall debt.
