Ok, let me say this, I have every intention of paying them the messley 100 bucks. How ever they have not even followed thier own state law which states that they must send me via mail a notification of insufficient funds and allow 10 bussiness days for me to respond. Instead no letter was sent and they just called out of the blue and said they will issue a warrant for arrest. How ever in my state they have to go through the legal system before the STATE can prosecute for Larcany. But in this case since it was 100 it is not fraud or larcany in my state. To me it is more the point that for them to legally say what they did according to Georgia state law that they would need to notify me then me refuse to pay the check and the return fee before they could do what they are saying IF I lived in Georgia. But it sounds like they some how just go after Georgia residents and arrest them and ask questions later. Like I said I have been paying on this account and it is the first time it happened. It is more of the fact that one could be so petty over it in the first place
