You are probably correct "poor" but I have seen it work otherwise, the Judge -seeing an unrepresented debtor,who is admitting debt, brushes off the SOL defense.
I think "meux" should get a lawyer to help her and counter sue for violations of the FDCPA and abuse of proccess.
