Judgement is when you go to court and the judge finds you guilty or as owing the debt. That's a judgement lien on bank accounts.

I'm with Why Chat. Sounds to me like a collector has your bank account info and made an unauthorized withdrawal.

Rather than being concerned about THAT account, you may need to close and reopen one at another bank to prevent this. Everytime you get a dime in there, they will try to get their money even if you don't have money in it and will just rack up insufficient funds fees.

Your bank is REQUIRED to tell you who withdrew those funds. So call and find out immediately, but do get another account. If your husband isn't on the card(s) then more than likely they can't touch his account.
