Oh believe me I understand, lol. I have an almost 2 year old and at times have had to go grocery shopping with $20.00 to get enough to last a few days until pay day because I needed a bag of diapers. I've learned how to do it to with generic foods and only buying meal food.

I don't believe they'll be able to get your account. Especially if you get one through another bank. If you send any payments anywhere to a collector or credit card after getting this new account be SURE to send the lowlifes a money order. That way they don't get your account number off of the check.

Honestly I don't think they're suppose to be able to do that UNLESS they have garnished your account which they haven't done.

Once you find out who did it, you could easily report them to your states attorney general office.

I know these people want their money, but sucking money out of an account like that is NOT right. I'm happy you knew so as well.

Let us know who got your account and can hopefully help you even more.

Be strong for your little one. She loves you..credit collectors don't. Reason I'm saying that is because I know that it got/still gets me down at times and I used to not have the patience with her I should've had. But my family isn't worth losing over this.
