Thanks for your advice. Lucy, actually I faxed
the letter to them...AND sent it by certified
mail...originally I thought I would just mail it,
but when i found the fax number I thought it
doesn't hurt to fax a copy over now....maybe
the calls would stop sooner.. the good news is, I faxed it last night at
midnight...it's 10am now and already the calls
have stopped!!
