From Florida. I was late sending out my validation letter to the attorney who is ass-ignee for Discovercard. I didn't know the ropes until recently. Now it's right up to the date with the judge next week and I only have my green card, but no validation. I don't think they have my Discover contract or copy of it with my signature, as they didn't have it to show me at the preliminary hearing. Even tho I'm late with the validation request, can I still require them to show proof I owe them at the time we are with the judge?
