If the original filing listed both your names, and the original claim had both our names, then the request for a delay is invalid. In your letter to the Court, send a copy of what was received, and along with the other claims you are making you can list improper service, improper filing and if you will remind me what State and what Court branch you are dealig with, I will look up some more infractions.
