I really appreciate your advices.
My company has not annouce the lay-off list as of last Friday 9/6/02... but I am expecting the worst.
I think I will choose hardship program first and chapter 7 the last. How the program works? Half the min. payment? Will I have to disclose anything like terminate letter?
I am in California. I have two real estate property (one is my house). One jointly owned with my sister and the house is in my wife name. If the worst happen to me (they get the judgement), can they take away the joint-owned property? Should I quit claim my wife's house just in case?
