No - I don't think she's a lawyer. She just says she "representing the law firm of etc. etc.,". From what I can find out this law firm does exist but I have a feeling that National Loan Recoveries and this "law firm" have a very close relationship. Who graduates from Law School and then goes into this type of business? My instincts tell me they're at the bottom of their graduating class. The only person I know who worked in collections is an ex-police officer who was thrown off the force for some reason he doesn't elaborate on.
