It is gambling time. I had RMA collect on a bill from me but I moved so much for awhile that by the time they found me it was too late. They did do a pretty good job racking up violations though. You have one of 2 choices and there is no way to know what will happen. 1)you can ignore the debt and hide. Rma is pretty big and may not even notice when the SOL is up. This runs into a question for why chat. If RMA filed what date would count against the SOL- the date they filed or the court date. That is, if they filed before the SOL and the date was after the SOL would it be past the SOL or not. 2)you could ask for validation of the debt and send it on like day 29 or something from their initial dispute date. This could waste maybe 2 months of of the SOL's time. Good luck with what ever you decide cause it is a crap shoot.
