I don't know if they are about to sue me. I had agreed to pay providian but now this PennCro Associates or whatever is calling me. They sent me a letter about paying them the $2434 that I owe them. If I had it I would have been payed it. I am very confused and scared. I don't have that money and I am not entering into a payment arrangement with any collection agency I have done that before and I regret it.
