You stated that you are receiving food stamps and medical. You may be judgement proof anyways if your worried about losing again. I'm not sure if a stipulation also includes being unemployed. But obviously you don't make enough or you wouldn't be eligible for those things from the state.You should qualify for some free legal aid. Ask your worker for a number. Call them and ask about what qualifies someone as judgement proof. Or ask them that with you being on this help and your husbands wages are already garnished does that make you judgement proof. So, the SOL is up and you may also be judgement proof.I'd say the judge is a moron if he doesn't see that.
