Does the letter contain the "mini-miranda"?(this is an attempt to collect a debt)
Does the letter have a verifiable letterhead name and address?
Go on line to the State and County where they say this "judgment" was obtained and look up your name.
If it looks like a scam, walks like a scam and acts like a scam, then that is what it is.
