He is breaking the law right and left. When I started I knew nothing and now I know a little more than nothing. I would strongly urge you to read the FDCPA from front to back as I have. Read it, revel in it, and do not stop until you understand it. You could sue right now but you need to document everything and understand what he is doing wrong and how to protect yourself.
