im by no means an expert here but from what im learning it must be placed in the origional application signed by the applicant UNLESS you sign that form & THAT seems to be the problem becouse MANY people are signing this without realizing what their signing & thats 1 of the reasons its in the courts right now .. im not going to tell you what to do becouse i dont feel qualified in doing so but IF IT WERE ME , theres no way in the world i would sign that but that just me lol .. this is just a way to scam a person whos down financially with "fast talk" per say by tossing it into the application w/o him or her knowing what it means therefore giving up their rights , it'll take time but i believe the supreme court will rule that this flake arbitration will not be allowed becouse arbitration was never meant to be "sneaked" into credit apps the way this is being done .. like i said before yeah people are signing it but people also give away their money to fake diet claims on tv that the feds just came down very tough on , no difference if its a major cc company OR some fly by night ad on tv , its wrong period .. kelly .......
