Ok maybe I should be more clear.They are saying they will add the arbitration clause unless I sign a form to opt out.It wasnt in the original agreement and they are trying to sneak it in now that I have defaulted.I dont want to sign anything (a bit paranoid right now).Can they add this to a closed account?
