Well, now you have to wait out the re-investigation. Maybe that will do the trick. If not, then you send the CA the "prove it or remove it" letter. Green card. If they don't respond, then it's time to draw up your own little lawsuit and have them served. Their compliance department usually calls you somewhere after they get the "demand and intent to sue" letter but before the court date. That's where you say "get it off by xxx date, or I will sue you."
