There are two dated 10/98 and one 11/00. Not very old especially the last one. I believe they may all be mine. I don't know if they will validate or not but I know they can't legally charge that interest rate without an agreement. If they do validate how do I contest that? Once this CA and the other one I mentioned are dealt with I think this nightmare will end. Its interesting that Experian and Transunion deleted these but Equifax verified. Makes me wonder.
