Find something with the date of last activity or chargeoff. If you pay them they will be thrilled to pieces as they paid about nothing for the debt. If you have absolute proof of the chargeoff date then send them a cease and desist letter stating the sol is up also. Do not pay them a thin dime as they will turn around and reage it like most crap CAs do. Do not call them, promise them anything, or pay a cent.
