Well, before I do anything I would like to know what TeleCheck is considered under the law. A CRA, something else altogether, etc. This will help determine if I even need to take legal action.

Also, since Pep Boys cannot provide me with anything stating I DIDN'T pay, they should be obligated to report it as payed, correct?
