If you signed an arbitration agreement with MBNA when you applied for your card you MAY be in DEEP DOO DOO.

If your State has any consumer protection against unfair debt collection that applies to business accounts, (like Cal.) you may be OK. But I would strongly urge you to run for cover and seek BK.
