It could be for the same debt if they have done something they ought not to your CR.

Or they may have all 3 of your ancient accts.

DON'T talk to them. MAKE them send a letter, if it's a new account.

And please, PLEASE post the cheesy letter word for word, eliminating nothing except YOUR personal information.

You may need special help if you live in a community property estate and/or the account they BOUGHT is or was a JOINT account.
