Is the CA on the judgment debt the same party who filed? If not, you are better off waiting it out.If it IS the same CA, and they are the same ones who have already re-aged on your report,do not dispute it, wait until the time limit for refiling on the judgment is past.

Unfortunately, as soon as you try to start settling on old debts past SOL or even in judgment, it seems to bring out the worst in CA's and the most errneous re-aging on reports.
