just my opinion but if i were in your situation id NOT file bankruptcy ( at least until you know if their going to get a judgement which from what you have i highly doubt ) becouse sounds to me your in a pretty safe situation with really no assets & in probably the best state besides florida where they can not garnish your pay .. like i said before others will give you more advise but i say do nothing EXCEPT get caller ID so you dont have to talk to those fools , control your phone dont let your phone control you .. as far as what does a judgement mean they may be able to slap a lien on your truck but really sounds to me your in debt up to your eyeballs on that & my guess is you have it financed for 5 years so think you safe there but like i say IF they do get a judgement than at that time file for bankruptcy , the balls in your court .. kelly
