i am seriously considering doing exactly what u suggest. as a matter of fact i have already notified the states attorney and have recieved the report to file the complaint.

i believe the dept is to old and the SOl has expired.

why chat what is the legal reason whythey CANNOT sue me for a dept that old, i ask because i am concerned of this going to court.
