whychat your right about it may be passed after the november elections but doesent that mean that congress would have to be called back into session therefore being passed by a lame duck congress ?? i know it was a lame duck congress that passed NAFTA some years ago but do you think a lame duck 107 th congress is on the horizon ?? thanx , kel ....
