Yu can discharge all your debts in a ch7, it is true that the new BK bill has sloed doen in it's passage, however, after the Nov. midterm elections, it may get speeded up again. Remember to vote fr th person who represents YOUR interests in Congress.

By the way,are you aware that if you declare BK on a joint account, that your ex husband will STILL be held responsible for it?
