My wife has a balance of about $2500.
She pays double the amount almost every month.
Twice this year she missed a payment.
Now she got a certified letter from the courts stating they are sueing her for the balance.
Are they alowed to do this??
She never recived any form or a phone call stating they were putting her in for collections..
