The paper states , superior court of new jersey,law division, summons, Yor are being sued!

It claims that, the defendant defaulted under the terms stated. and the defandant elected the entire unpaid balance to be due and payable including attorney's fee.
I mean on the history statement entered for the past five months, only one payment has been missed, and that was because we were not sent a monthly bill statment..
