Hi,
Currently have ACS collecting on a Citibank card i had. They called my father because I have not responded to their phone calls and they asked him where they could reach me. Then he tells my father that it was very important that he get me to call back because I owed $xxxx.xx and that it was extremely important that he speak to me before such and such a date. Telling anyone about my debt is illegal right? If so how do I nail them for this?? Can I sue and since my father did not tape this how would we prove that they did this. The part that burns me is that I'm 33, on my own with a wife and kids and did not need my father knowing this information. The nerve of them!!!
