What in the statute that you have quoted states that it is illegal to solicit a check more than ten days in advance of when you want the check dated???? It says nothing about the solicitation of the post dated check being illegal. It merely states that PRIOR TO DEPOSITING A POST DATED CHECK (THAT THE COLLECTOR HAS IN HIS POSSESSION), HE MUST ADVISE THE PERSON OF THE IMMINENT DEPOSIT OF THAT CHECK. That notice must be between 10 and 3 days prior to the deposit. We already know that threatening, oppressive, deceitful, etc. behavior is illegal. I asked you to state the statute that made the solicitation of post-dated checks illegal. Afterall, that is what you stated.
