It says nothing about the solicitation of the post dated check being illegal. It merely states that PRIOR TO DEPOSITING A POST DATED CHECK (THAT THE COLLECTOR HAS IN HIS POSSESSION), HE MUST ADVISE THE PERSON OF THE IMMINENT DEPOSIT OF THAT CHECK. That notice must be between 10 and 3 days prior to the deposit.

We already know that threatening, oppressive, deceitful, etc. behavior is illegal. I asked you to state the statute that made the solicitation of post-dated checks illegal. Afterall, that is what you stated.
