You should have a consultation with a BK lawyer NOW, give him/her some kind of retainer so that you can refer creditors to him if they contact you and file a lawsuit.

You can get the preliminary stuff in order so you will be ready to file when you have the $$, or if you are waiting for a tax refund, you can enter into an agreement with the BK lawyer and assign it to him/her.
