Asking Why Chat to please respond to this message because I need to know if Capital One can sue me if they don't own account. As of yet I have not received validation from First Resolution. There the ones who claim they legally own my Capital One account. I wrote them in April. Also when I respond to Writ should I send them a copy of First Resolution letter stating ownership of this account. When I look at Writ it has the same address as Capital One. Could they be a spinoff.
