Well, I did over the phone (back in February) and they said that I would have to take it up with Providian. I called Providian and they said they are no longer handling the account and that ASSet Acceptance is handling it. I didn't know about a Validation letter or anything until now. So, am I screwed?

I was looking on past Missouri court cases with them and alot of them were dismissed w/o prejudice..whatever that means..
