Why Chat, I am looking up that info as we speak. However, I am wondering if they are in the right to look at any recents loans and inquire about them. I realize I can be sued, but I thought that they cannot say anything about garnishment, etc. Only the courts can impose that. Isn't that somewhere in the FDCPA? I am just trying to find out if they stepped over bounds. Thanks alot,
