sandy , im sure lots of people will give ya advise but 1st honestly you need to provide some basics .. when did you last pay on the account & what state are you currently living in now .. see different states have different laws on these situations so answering those 2 questions will help lots .. just becouse a creditor charged off the account does not mean they stop trying to collect on it , it'll stay on all 3 of your credit reports for 7 years from when you made the last payment .. kelly ..
