Thanks everybody for your encouragement. This was in Summit County. Orangedog, I had your case law in my folder on my hip (I read your reply to someone else), along with the info from WhyChat's sight and some copies of the complaints some of you guys made about the company (names excluded). Before I went to court I did some research, looking at CAMCO cases out on the web municipal court website. I did a search on CAMCO with 6 hits and every case they were involved in they had won by a default judgment. I was pissed off. I decided to look at some surrounding cities municipal sites and found additional cases, some pending. I found myself typing a letter to the guys address explaining his rights if this case is old and to come to this site for information on credit and CA's. He is now at the not answer letter stage so I don't know if anything can happen to him or not but I just wanted to let him know there is others out there going through this same crap. So I've sort of started my own watchdog service for NEO on CAMCO until some sort of suit is brought against them to stop doing this, if that's possible. I have been putting together a database of sites that will help me in my research. I work in computers and do WebPages so I will make links available to what I've found. Its all-public record so is that okay?
