I would see about filing suit against them for violations of the FDCPA,slander,defamation of character, filing a frivolous claim, ect. I think summitt county is 3k in small claims so call the courthouse and see if you can file damages against them also. If they dismiss then file against them. It would be hilarious and I would be happy to help. Where in summitt county is the courthouse. I wanna show up when you are there. Moral support and all plus I loath camco.
