I know that this is up on the sol. Do I now send a letter to the person in debt recoveries to let them know that I know that the SOL is up? I now live in hawaii but had lived in nevada when the debt went delinquentin 97, that when it was reported as charged off on one of my reports. You helped me previously concerning this debt. The original amount is less than $100 but now they want about $1000. Do you still believe that they won't sue for this amount or does it now seem like they may try and go for it?Can I send for validation to capione? I just wonder why the CA never sent validation, maybe capione doesn't have any documents??? I'm very worried. I have too much going on in my life now and am feeling like the world is coming to an end. I just found out my father is terminally ill and may only have a couple of years left if that (he has other health problems as well), found out 2 weeks ago. I wanted to go visit him in Dec. My husband was just laidoff on Friday, he was the bread winner. I work, but don't make enough to support the 6 of us and am not sure how we will make it especially this holiday season. Sorry sorry sorry. I just needed to let that out. You know have to stay strong for the family. Anyways, any suggestions please. Feeling very helpless.
