What sort of doucuments did you sign with the health care provider? Do they allow interest to be charged on unpaid balances and, what percent?
I'd try an approach this from the totality of your situation. How much do you owe total in unsecured debt? Credit cards, medical bills,etc. Would a Chapter 7 or, 13 bankrutcy work for you? Post a few more details about your total financial picture but, noway anyone should be paying just interest for the rest of there life.
