Since you live in NM, you are allowed to record any conversations you or anyone else has with this bastard. I would just record their calls and if he crosses the line again, you have a valid case against them. I would file a complaint with your local Sheriff's dept., your State's AG, and also with the phone co. for telephone harassment.

There is NO justification for intimidating a child, handicap or no handicap. I am a father and you wouldn't want to know what would happen if anyone pulled that s**t on my 4-year-old son. It's very simple: Tape 'em and sue 'em!

Never heard of 'Enhanced Recovery Corp.', probably some bottom feeder like SCAMCO.
