Does anyone know anything about or ever dealt iwth ASSET ACCEPTANCE CORP.? Or ever had to go to NATIONAL ARBITRATION FORUM?
I have a couple of clients who are dealing with them and they are acting in a very disreputable manner.
NAF has already ruled in favor of AAC on a case where my client was defrauded for almost $100,000.00 in credit- AAC bought the debt from the OC and is suing my client for it.
THEY HAVE NO DOCUMENTATION FROM THE OC and even with that NAF has still ruled in their favor. Can anyone give me some feedback?
