BOY!! are they sneaky !! Trying to get around the FDCPA with a fake BK statement. Send them a cease and desist, SOL is over letter - If you go to my site linked below, there is a good one. You should also file a complaint on-line against them for violating the FDCPA "mini-miranda" rules.
