By the way this CA also tried to garnish my wage with the previous company. But according to court records the sheriff returned the writ authorizing the garnishment back to the court. Can they go back to court to and get a new writ on any of my assets? If so would I be notified by the court when that happens. The SOL on this judgement will expire in less than two years. They are threatening to reniew it for another 10 years. My course of action here is to try and settle it and if not succesful, I will go to court to challenge the judgement and lastly bankrupcy. I have already prepared the BK papers, just waiting for the right moment.
