SOL starts with the date of last activity, usually that's the last time you made a payment. Doesn't matter where the CA is, where are YOU ?? The SOL may have run out on this debt, depends on your state.

Do you have anything in writing from Crestar showing that they removed the entries due to the identity fraud ? It would be good if you had it, you could send that to this CA to get it removed and get rid of the CA.

If MBNA has NO CLUE then they can't verify it with the CRA's and the CA sure as hell can't validate it. You can dispute with the CRA's again, if they can't prove it, they have to remove it, same with the CA.
