Anyway.. I'll look up this CRS and see what I can find.. never heard of them, but there are so many slimey CA's out there.

The SOL in SC IS 3 years.. I used to live there, so I know :) Are you the one who's been having trouble with a condo association on another board ??

If you can hold out until your Condo sells, then do it, BK will kill your credit for 10 years. However, paying old charge-offs and settling is a tedious task and won't help your CR either, but repair can happen. BK will certainly relieve the stress :)
