Universities are BAD! They charged my daughter's account for health insurance for the summer 2000 session in February of 2001! When we ask them to remove it they sad, "Sorry, the time limit to appeal ran out in August of 2000." I fought for months and finally got it removed, but it wouldn't surprise me to get a new bill from them!
